You can permanently request deletion of your AenthVPN account and the personal data associated with it, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Request deletion
Start from the app or the web.
If you can sign in, the fastest option is available directly in AenthVPN. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request using the email address connected to your account.
Request deletion by email
Email Aenth Support from the address associated with your AenthVPN account. Include “Delete my AenthVPN account” in your message. Never send your password or complete payment-card information.
Aenth may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
In the AenthVPN app
Delete in three steps.

Open your profile
Open AenthVPN and select the profile icon in the upper-right corner.

Choose Delete Account
On the account screen, select Delete Account and review the confirmation message.

Confirm deletion
Confirm the request. Your AenthVPN account access will be deleted and you will be signed out.
What is deleted
Your account and associated data.
Your AenthVPN account and access credentials.
Profile and account information associated with the account.
Other personal data linked to the account, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Before you delete
Manage an active subscription separately.
Cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play in Google Play subscriptions.
Cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
For a subscription purchased directly from Aenth, contact Aenth Support.
Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until they expire under Aenth’s retention schedule. Read the Privacy Policy or contact Aenth Support for more information.
